Skipton Castle
900 year old Skipton Castle is one of the best-preserved and most complete medieval castles in England, despite enduring a three-year siege in the Civil War.
Visitors can explore every corner of this impressive history-rich castle; view the Banqueting Hall, the Kitchen, the Bedchamber and Privy, climb from the depths of the Dungeon to the top storey of the Watch Tower.
Skipton Castle is open daily from 10am (Sunday 12 noon), except for 25 December. Last admission is at 6pm (October - February 4pm).
