Bed and Breakfast prices quoted are per room, per night, based on two people sharing and include full Yorkshire breakfast. Stays must be of 3 or more nights stay but discount only applies to Sunday to Thursday nights. Offer excludes Friday and Saturday nights, bank holidays and is valid for new bookings from 4th July to 26th August 2010.

Dinner, bed and breakfast only rates are available but excluded from this offer, please contact our reception team on 015242 51224 for availability and prices.

Booking conditions and Payment.

All reservations must be confirmed in writing or by credit card with an intial deposit of £50.00. This is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room. We advise guests to take out insurance against cancellations. A reservation is a contract in law and you maybe liable for the cost of the total stay. We reserve the right to alter the rates quoted without prior notification.
