All of our rates quoted below are per room, per night and inclusive of Full Yorkshire Breakfast and VAT. VAT is charged at a rate of 17.5% (subject to the chancellor’s mood).

Our prices vary seasonally and with demand so we would recommend using our online booking system to check our latest prices & seasonal special offers.

Rates and Room Types

Our rooms are all en-suite and individually decorated with most offering a dales or village view. All bedrooms have digital television & radio, direct dial telephones, beverage making facilities, free Wi-fi and individual temperature control. They are also provided with daily fruit & fresh milk, home made biscuits & a full Litre of bottled water.

Due to demand we have a minimum 2-night stay over Saturday nights.

You are welcome to enquire about possible single night stays, subject to availability. Saturday single night bookings are sometimes available at short notice.

The special rates advertised on this tariff are subject to suitable availability, however over busy periods accommodation may only be available at a higher rate. Special offers are often available for quiet periods please enquire at the time of booking.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. We have cots, z-beds and baby listening equipment available, and charges are £10 B&B or £30 DBB per child over 2 years old.

Dogs

Well-behaved pets are welcome, but subject to a few house rules. There is normally no extra charge.
